Tai Chi exercises the entire body-joints, muscles and internal organs-while strengthening the mind, relieveing stress and bringing harmony to yourself and others. The gentle, fluid movements improve muscular strength, flexibility, balance, posture, mood and the immune system. Program funded by Harrah's charitable grant.
